Double Telling is a production company led by director & dramaturg Marlie Haco. We make ambitious, experimental shows that integrate multiple forms of storytelling to engage diverse audiences in provocative ways.

Marlie Haco
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Marlie is a director & dramaturg who works with scripts and writers at all stages of development. She specialises in creating expressionistic theatre that integrates multiple forms of storytelling to expose the anatomy of our emotional lives. She trained on the National Theatre Directors Course, holds an Acting Diploma from Central School of Speech and Drama, and an English Literature degree at Cambridge University.

Toby Mather
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Toby is a technology entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of an education startup, and helps manage the financial, technical and business aspects of Double Telling. He has been involved in theatre as a photographer, print designer and producer for over a decade, supporting dozens of university and professional projects. He studied Modern Languages & Literature at Oxford University before entering the technology world.
